Delete Your Account
You can request the deletion of your Lyly account and all associated data.
What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, bio, preferences)
- Your photos and gallery images
- Your connections and conversation history
- Your likes and interaction history
- Your account credentials
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Active subscriptions should be cancelled through Google Play or the Apple App Store before requesting deletion.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: From the App
- Open the Lyly app and go to your Profile
- Tap Settings
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Option 2: By Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to our support team. Please include the email address associated with your Lyly account.

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.
Data Retention
After deletion, some information may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention and legal compliance. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
